We offer a rotating selection of premium cookie flavours. Check our online store for current availability.

How do I place a custom order?

Custom orders for events and corporate gifting are welcome. Please email us with your requirements, including flavour preferences, quantity, and delivery date. We'll provide a quote and timeline.

What is your minimum order value?

We have a minimum order value of $30 to ensure quality service. Please check our store or contact us for current details. Local pick up is available Weekly at Manning Road Farmer's Market - Hedley Park from 7.15am to 12pm

Do you ship outside Perth?

Yes, we ship across Australia. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

How long do cookies stay fresh?

Our cookies are best enjoyed within 5 days of delivery. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature for optimal freshness.

Do you cater to dietary requirements?

We can discuss allergen information and dietary needs. Please contact us before ordering, as our facility handles common allergens.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods through our secure online checkout. We also accept cash instore and at our pop up locations.

Can I return or exchange an order?

If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve it.

How far in advance should I order for events?

We recommend ordering at least 5 days in advance for custom orders. During peak seasons, earlier notice may be required.

Do you offer gift wrapping or custom packaging?
