How are the cookies made?

All our cookies are baked fresh to order. Each one is handmade with quality ingredients and stuffed with generous fillings — no shortcuts, just good baking.

How long do the cookies stay fresh?

Our cookies are best enjoyed within 2–3 days of delivery. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature, or refrigerate for up to 5 days. You can also freeze them for up to 1 month.

Do you cater for allergies?

Our cookies are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy. We cannot guarantee they are allergen-free. Please contact us before ordering if you have a severe allergy.

How long does delivery take?

We ship Australia-wide. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express options are available at checkout.

Can I place a custom or bulk order?

Absolutely! We love doing custom orders for events, gifts, and corporate orders. Get in touch via our contact page and we'll work something out.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 AUD.

Can I specify which cookies I want in a box?

Yes — use the order notes field at checkout to let us know your flavour preferences and we'll do our best to accommodate.
